HCS-5: Tokenized HCS-1 Files, Hashinals

Provides a standard way to "inscribe" Hashinals utilizing the Hedera Consensus and Hedera Token Services.
HCS-6: Dynamic Hashinals

Introduces a way to inscribe and tokenize Hashinals whose metadata can be updated using a non-indexed Topic ID.

Defines how points can be managed and audited on the Hedera network, inspired by the BRC-20 protocol on Ordinals.
